Highfield Hill, Crystal Palace SE19

We acquired this former garden site in 2020. Its backland location brought real design and planning challenges: protecting every neighbour while maximising light and outlook for the future occupiers. Within eight months we secured consent from Croydon Council for eight flats and a small house — with both the council and the landowners happy.
